"I honestly don't know where to start. Trish and the front desk lady are absolutely amazing. They did the very best they could do and had patience of a saint. Cooperate, however, is the slowest organization I have ever worked with and made me jump through a million and two hoops over branches. I did as noted and requested and they didn't like it therfore, I had to do more......did I mention I had one month to do a full roof replacement and even tho there was a hurricane that impacted material and slowed down the company I had already hired still canceled my policy even tho there was an contract from the company stating the work to be done. This branch is fantastic but corporate really needs some changes because taking weeks to get a policy reinstated after having my end squared away to there request isn't what I would call acceptable."
