"Updated 7/28/25 What can I say about Susan (Paige) at State Farm!!!! My husband has been working with her and Jake for years. I came to know them through him and they have became like family. We carry separate insurance providers because I'm in a different state. Even though these rates keep going up, it's more of a family thing for us. Their rates are competitive and affordable and if they can find a way to lower your cost, they will. Susan is very friendly, professional, attentive, and responsive. No matter the time, she quickly responds. I couldn't ask for a better agent. They keep us informed of policy changes and hopefully they will contact us in the near future to give us good news that the MS State Insurance Commissioner has given approval to lower rates. Don't see it happening, but wishful thinking."
