"Tyler Howell is my agent. He is very polite and friendly, and listened respectfully. It was very important to me that not at any time was he pushy or trying to scare or gaslight me into accepting the quote. I previously had state farm and had cancelled for an unrelated reason. Switching back from Progressive i am saving $58 a month on my comprehensive (now under $100) and my deductible is several hundred lower. They also have added a lot of convenient features in their app. Thanks again Tyler."

"I have been a customer of theirs for many years. It started with just a Renter’s insurance policy, and before long, I brought all my business to them. Anytime I ever need help or have an issue, I can call them and not have to be sent to 5 different places just to speak to someone. They answer right away and they are so nice, knowledgeable and helpful! Jade is always so friendly and pleasant no matter the time or day. No matter how busy she is, she always makes you feel important, heard and cared for. You can’t teach that level of customer service and you can’t find it much anywhere anymore. Highly recommend!!"
